Peter Warnham

FRICS Senior Consultant

Peter is a chartered quantity surveyor with 40 years experience in construction.

Peter has considerable experience in managing commercial and contractual matters including setting strategies and assessing risk. He possesses a big project mentality with a strong commercial acumen and uses these skills to assist smaller contractors to resolve difficult contractual issues. These include project audits, pursuing contractual entitlement and adjudication management. Peter also provides interim management to clients whilst senior appointments are sought, helping clients by drafting control documentation and procedures.

Peter trained at John Laing before entering a long career with Mowlem/Carillion and was commercial director for major projects before joining Sir Robert McAlpine on the Olympic Stadium followed by CR Management in August 2008.

Peter has attained the RSPH/RICS Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry, has been appointed by the RICS to the Federation of Master Builders Adjudication Panel and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
