Mike is a chartered quantity surveyor who has been applying his skills in the construction industry for in excess of 30 years.

Mike assists clients in attaining settlement before the need to adjudicate although he also manages adjudications for both the referring and responding party. He has a strong contractual awareness particularly in negotiating contract terms and conditions, complemented by detailed knowledge of good commercial practice and strategic know how.

Mike has a wealth of experience managing commercial teams in the delivery of major projects. Clients engage Mike for his analytical and negotiating skills, as he is skilled in assessing a true contractual and commercial position before finding a resolution.

Before joining CR Management in March 2008, Mike had worked as commercial director for Jarvis Construction, MJ Gleeson and ISG Interior Exterior.

Mike is a member of the Society of Construction Law and has been appointed by the RICS to act as an Associate Assessor.
