Keith Shea

MCIOB Senior Consultant

Keith is chartered qualified and has worked in the construction industry as a quantity surveyor for over 30 years. He trained with Wimpey Construction and has spent much of his career working for major contractors and subcontractors.

Keith is highly experienced in all aspects of construction including estimating and project management. He has a wealth of experience in commercial and contractual matters and advises clients on best practice and commercial management. In addition Keith helps clients in the resolution of difficult final accounts and has considerable experience in dispute management, including claim preparation and defence, and adjudications.

Keith joined CR Management on February 2000 and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
