Keith Harris

Keith offers clients an in-depth understanding of delay analysis and an expertise in building as-built data programmes, including in depth document research, appraisal and linkage.

Keith is adept at monitoring a client's site progress and has been engaged on numerous large projects where detailed records were required.

Keith trained as an architectural assistant and spent 30 years working in architect departments or acting as project co-ordinator on design and build projects.

In the past 10 years he has used his strong technical knowledge to gain experience in project planning working mainly with power project and MS Project. His planning experience includes working on the £65m Lion Plaza project where he developed programmes and undertook a project-monitoring role.

Keith joined CR Management in April 2000.
