Jason Farnell

Jason is a chartered quantity surveyor with more than 30 years experience in resolving commercial and contractual issues.

Dispute resolution is Jason's forte - by negotiated settlement wherever possible. Jason has also become a specialist in adjudication and lectures on the subject. Jason's also is also highly experienced in business management and system implementation.

Before joining CR Management as a partner in April 2009, Jason was commercial director at GB Building Solutions Ltd, previous to that he worked at John Laing and as a main board director at Bluestone Plc responsible for commercial matters.

Jason is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; he is a CEDR accredited Mediator, has attained the RSPH/RICS Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry.
