A claim is a contractual entitlement to restore your rights and obligation and put you back in the same position you were in had the breach not occurred. To get the best results a claim must be submitted at the right time in the right format. 

We advise two stages:

• An audit of the project or particular problem to examine the contractual entitlement and the strengths and weaknesses of your claim to ensure that you are not about to chase a lost cause. We will then discuss the risks and strategy of your position before embarking on the second phase:

• The production of a concise, graphically supported document to present your entitlement position; we will produce it in a format that is easy to read and at an acceptable cost.
