CR Management is a specialist commercial risk management company for the construction and property industries.

Established in 1997, CR Management operates throughout the UK and overseas from offices within the UK. We work with major and specialist contractors, developers, design consultants, local authorities, housing associations and solicitors working in the construction and property industries.

CR Management is focused on achieving results for its clients using its broad range of expertise, and specialist knowledge of different markets.

Consultants at CR Management are chartered qualified (RICS, CIOB, CIArb) have extensive experience, have operated at senior management or director level and are specialists in their field. This enables us to provide a comprehensive service to our customers across the whole spectrum of construction and property industries.

We are used as an essential source of outside expertise. Increasingly we also meet the demand for an interim management service providing high calibre commercial personnel to fill gaps created by staff leaving or when difficulties are experienced in recruiting senior staff.
